Pastamore is a hard cheese made from pasteurised cow’s milk. It is made with authentic ingredients with no added preservatives or additives; while the use of microbial rennet also makes it a suitable cheese for vegetarians. Available in a wide variety of cuts and formats.
Suitable for Pizzas, ready-made salads, carpaccio, cured meats, and flavouring stuffings and fillings.
