“Kinara® al Tartufo” aged cheese is made by combining black summer truffle and 100% Piedmont milk (from northern Italy). Available in wedges, it is perfect for eating at home, savouring it on its own or enriching cured meat platters, starters and aperitifs. Thanks to the use of vegetable rennet, this cheese is also suitable for vegetarians.
