We produce Parmigiano Reggiano at the Group’s cheese factories and select a wide variety of Italian cheeses such as Buffalo Mozzarella, Pecorino Romano, Grana Padano, Ricotta and Mascarpone from the best local producers.

Parmigiano Reggiano

We produce Parmigiano Reggiano at our Group’s two cheese factories, in a wide variety of ages and types, from conventional to organic and Mountain Product-certified Parmigiano Reggiano. Our supply chain, from the cowsheds to the cheese factories and packaging plant, is animal welfare-certified. We also offer a wide variety of cuts and packs, from classic wedges to flakes and grated cheese, from consumer packs to industrial ones.

Our PDO Campania Buffalo Mozzarella is produced in the foothills of Roccamonfina Regional Park in Campania from our carefully selected partners. Its unique flavour makes it instantly recognisable.

The unique flavour of our PDO Gorgonzola, a raw milk blue cheese made from cow’s milk, is available in various formats, from whole cheeses to wedges right up to practical cubes, perfect for food companies.

Pastamore is a hard cheese with a delicate, well-balanced flavour, made with cow’s milk and microbial rennet, so it is also recommended for vegetarian consumers.

Spinoro

Spinoro

Spinoro is a hard Italian cheese made with 100% Italian milk with no additives or preservatives and microbial rennet, which also makes it suitable for vegetarians.

Pecorino Romano

Pecorino Romano

This is an incredibly ancient cheese with a bold, flavourful taste, made according to a traditional method by select partners and packaged at our plant in Sant’Ilario d’Enza in a variety of cuts and formats.

We produce 9 different mixes of hard and semi-hard grated PDO or non-PDO cheeses, designed to meet every recipe, whether it is to add flavour to a filling or a ready meal, to create a crispy gratin topping, a stringy effect or to bring the flavour of a sauce together.

Scamorza is a soft stretched-curd cow’s milk cheese with an unmistakable “pear” shape; it has a flavourful taste, a smoked aroma and an intense smell. We carefully choose the best Italian producers to offer our clients only the finest quality products.

Taleggio

Taleggio

Our taleggio, a soft PDO cheese, is produced by select partners and only aged in certain provinces of northern Italy, Bergamo, Brescia, Como, Cremona, Milan, Pavia, Novara and Treviso, with milk from farms in the area, according to the specifications of the Protection Consortium.

Provolone is a stretched-curd cheese made with cow’s milk and comes in two different types: mild and peppery. It is available in various formats to meet the needs of food service, food companies and large-scale retail workers.

Burrata

Burrata

Burrata is a fresh cheese, typically from the province of Bari in Apulia, formed of a stretched-curd casing that contains shredded mozzarella enriched with fresh cream. The processing, which is still done by hand, gives this cheese its unmistakable shape and unique flavour, making it perfect for eating fresh or for enriching first courses, finger food or pizzas.

Caciotta

Caciotta

Caciotta is a creamy fresh cheese only made with 100% Italian cow’s and sheep’s milk. VIP offers caciotta with walnuts, truffle, olives, chilli pepper and porcini mushrooms, all vacuum-packed in a characteristic balsa wood box.

Ricotta

We only select the best Italian ricotta, available in 5kg to 10kg bags for industry and in 250g tubs for the retail channel.

Cuor di Gioiella

Cuor di Gioiella

This high-quality fresh cheese is different from classic ricotta because it is made without using whey and only with 100% Italian whole milk and added cream. It is a cheese with a delicate flavour, a compact outer surface and a creamy centre. Its versatility together with its characteristic heart shape also make it perfect for an original dessert.

Bella Lodi

Bella Lodi

VIP Italia selects this special cheese straight from the province of Lodi in Lombardy, where all the production and ageing takes place. In the range for the retail channel, it is also available in the “raspadura” format or cut into very thin shavings.

Mascarpone

Mascarpone

Mascarpone is a soft cheese made by processing cow’s cream and citric acid, typically from several areas in Lombardy, in particular the province of Lodi. Thanks to its mild, creamy flavour, it is often synonymous with Tiramisù, a quintessential Italian dessert, but it is also perfect for enriching desserts or savoury dishes.

Starters

Carefully selected by VIP Italia, these vegetable starters are prepared according to typical traditional Apulian culinary recipes to preserve their intense, authentic flavour. The packaging is also tailor-made to the client’s preferences: coated with a light marinade and preserved in oil in controlled atmosphere wrapping, these vegetable starters maintain the fresh product’s original flavour. The available packs include a 150g or 200g tub and a 285g glass jar for the retail channel or distributors of wholesale foods and vegetables.
